For Racine County manufacturing leaders driving continuous improvement and quality
Calling all manufacturing leaders! Join a new peer-driven roundtable focused on continuous improvement, quality, and shared learning across Racine County’s manufacturing community.
The NEW Continuous Improvement Roundtable (CIRT) is a collaboration between RAMAC and RCEDC. Designed for managers and leads in manufacturing who are responsible for driving continuous improvement and quality. The Continuous Improvement Roundtable encourages learning and best practice sharing among Racine County’s manufacturing companies. The 6-month series meets the 3rd Thursday of the month from June to November.

JOIN THE FREE INFO SESSION
This informational session will provide an overview of the Continuous Improvement Roundtable (CIRT) program, introduce the facilitator, and give attendees a chance to help shape 2025 topics and tours. CIRT brings manufacturing professionals together to share strategies, challenges, and successes, while thinking strategically about process improvement. Monthly discussions and facility tours offer hands-on learning and peer-to-peer insights.
